This program is desogned to enhance skating skills and intergrate tactical decsions-making for high-level hockey players.Thegoal is to improve biomechanical efficencey , speed , agility , and control while linking these skills directly to the game scenario . The program incorperates on-ice drills , and tactical sessiosn to brideg skill development with in game applications. 

Program Objectives 

1. Skating Mechanics: develop explosive power , acceleration and edge control 
2. tactical intergration: Apply Skating skills in tactical scenariors such as forechecking , breakout pattens , in game positioning 
3. Game Simulation: Foster decsions making under pressure through situational drills 
4. Perfromace Anakysis : use video and feedback to refine individual techniques.
