Program Overview

Join us this summer for a 7-week elite development program tailored specifically for U13 players looking to elevate their game to the next level. Hosted at Scotia Barn Arena in Burnaby, this program offers a high-performance training environment focused on both on-ice skill development and off-ice athletic conditioning.

Off-Ice Development

Led by Adam Nugent-Hopkins, a renowned athletic performance coach with a proven track record of developing youth players into elite-level and professional athletes.

Adam brings unmatched energy, structure, and accountability to every session — helping athletes stay focused, motivated, and aligned with their goals.

Focus Areas Include:

Speed and agility
Strength and functional movement
Conditioning
Recovery techniques
Mental focus and leadership habits

On-Ice Development

Our daily on-ice sessions are structured to build hockey IQ, skill execution, and game-readiness with an emphasis on:

Skating mechanics and efficiency
Tactical skating for situational advantage
Counter-reactive training to improve agility and adaptability
Shooting and scoring in high-percentage areas
Small area games to sharpen compete level, processing speed, and decision-making under pressure

Each session is guided by experienced coaches focused on player engagement, personal feedback, and development tracking over the 7-week period.
